On Tuesday, August 30th at 12:30 PM the BGJWSC will be hosting a Public Hearing and Comment Period to discuss the Proposed Sewer Tap Allocation Policy. In this public meeting the Commission, Executive Director and the staff will be on hand to help answer questions and concerns the citizens may have about this issue and how it can address the proposed policy. Once the public concerns are heard the staff will make the necessary changes in order to submit a final version for approval to the full Commission at the September 1st meeting.

Service Outage
Due to a water main break in the area, water service will be intermittent for sections of Altama Ave between Emery Dawson and Townsend Street. Crews are onsite actively repairing the connection, as of 1:10 PM, with work expected to take approximately three to four hours.

Due to a water main break at the intersection of G Street and Macon Ave in Brunswick, water service will be intermittent and traffic rerouted. Crews are onsite actively repairing the connection, as of 9:45, with work expected to take approximately three hours.
