Chairman Provenzano called the meeting to order.<\/p>\n

Chairman Provenzano requested Mrs. Watson review the changes to the purchase and sale agreement between the JWSC and UCB Coastal Properties, Inc.\u00a0 Mrs. Watson covered various provisions including: the 120 days for closing, the purchase price, roof inspection, and that the seller will leave a portion of it\u2019s furniture and fixtures.\u00a0 The offer is open for acceptance until March 19, 2014.<\/p>\n

Commissioner Perry stated the appraisal, survey and inspection should be completed in approximately three (3) weeks.<\/p>\n

Commissioner Perry made a motion seconded by Commissioner Boland to present the purchase and sale agreement, as amended, to UCB Coastal Properties, Inc for properties located on Gloucester Street and Lee Street for $950,000 and authorize the Chairman to sign.\u00a0 Motion carried 6-0-0.<\/span><\/p>\n

Commissioners held a brief discussion on a time line for building modifications and moving.<\/p>\n
