Chairman Provenzano called the meeting to order.\u00a0 Commissioner Perry gave the invocation and Commissioner Cason led the pledge.<\/p>\n
Commissioner Cason made a motion seconded by Commissioner Elliott to add to the approval agenda an item necessary to address regarding amendments to the Operational Agreement.\u00a0 Motion carried 7-0-0.<\/p>\n
1.\u00a0 Amendments to the Operational Agreement<\/p>\n
Chairman Provenzano stated the County had requested a change to the Fourth Addendum to the Operational Agreement previously sent to the City and County.\u00a0 The JWSC will not meet again to vote on the requested change before the City meets to adopt amendments to the Operational Agreement.<\/p>\n
Commissioner Cason made a motion seconded by Commissioner Elliott to approve the amendment.\u00a0 Motion carried 7-0-0.<\/p>\n
Commissioner Cason restated the motion to approve amendments to the Fourth Addendum to the Operational Agreement as presented.\u00a0 Motion seconded by Commissioner Perry.\u00a0 Motion carried 7-0-0.<\/p>\n
Commissioner Elliott made a motion seconded by Commissioner Cason to close the special called meeting and adjourn to executive session to discuss the evaluation of the executive director.\u00a0 Motion carried 7-0-0.<\/p>\n
Back in session, no action taken.<\/p>\n
