Boland, Sr., Chairman<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Clifford Adams, Vice-Chairman<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Donald M. Elliott, Commissioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ronald Perry, Commissioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>John A. Cason, III, City Commissioner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Allen Booker, County Commissioner <\/strong><em>(arrived after the open meeting)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Robert Bowen, Commissioner <\/strong><em>(arrived after the open meeting)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Chairman Boland called the meeting to order at 8:35 AM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There being no citizens that wished to address the Commission, Chairman Boland closed the Public Comment Period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXECUTIVE SESSION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Commissioner<\/u><u> Cason made a motion seconded by Commissioner Adams to adjourn into Executive Session for personnel reasons. Motion approved 5-0-2 (Commissioner\u2019s Booker and Bowen were absent for the vote).<\/u><\/p>\n<p>The Chairman stated there will not be a vote after the Executive Session.<\/p>\n<p>Back in session.<\/p>\n<p><u>Commissioner Perry made a motion seconded by Commissioner Elliott to return to the Regular Special Called Meeting.
