  • Smoke Testing Project – Weekly Update – November 3, 2025

    McKim & Creed officially began fieldwork for the Smoke and Dye Testing Services Project on Monday, October 27, 2025.

    Last week, testing was successfully completed in several key areas, including Chapel Crossing Road, Ocean Highway, Oscar Lane, North Palm Drive, and nearby neighborhoods.

    This week, the team will continue testing in the Fairway Oaks Drive, Shangri La Avenue, Yorktown Drive, and surrounding areas as part of our ongoing effort to improve the efficiency and reliability of the sewer system.

    McKim & Creed comenzó oficialmente el trabajo de campo para el Proyecto de Pruebas de Humo y Tinte el lunes 27 de octubre de 2025.

  • All-Clear Notification for Courtyard and Mallery Villas – October 22, 2025

    Time Reported: 1:34 PM

    Cause: Materials Failure

    Date/Time Restored: October 22, 2025/3:52 PM

    Effective immediately, all required microbiological testing of water samples from the area affected by the boil water advisory has passed. Results have been verified by our state-licensed technician within a certified laboratory environment.

    This notification is an ALL-CLEAR and water used for drinking will no longer need to be boiled.

    Though the water from this system can now be considered to meet safe drinking water standards, please discard any ice made within the last 48 hours.

    Food service establishments must contact the Glynn County Environmental Health – Georgia Department of Public Health at (912) 279-2940 to be inspected prior to opening.

    Esta notificación es de FIN DE ALERTA ya no será necesario hervir el agua utilizada para beber.

    Aunque ahora se puede considerar que el agua de este sistema cumple con los estándares de agua potable segura, deseche el hielo fabricado en las últimas 48 horas.

    Los establecimientos de servicios de alimentos deben comunicarse con Salud Ambiental del Condado de Glynn – Departamento de Salud Pública de Georgia al (912) 279-2940 para ser inspeccionados antes de abrir.

    As part of our continued partnership with the Brunswick-Glynn Joint Water and Sewer Commission, McKim & Creed will begin fieldwork for the Smoke and Dye Testing Services Project on Monday, October 27, 2025.

    Below are maps outlining the areas scheduled for testing next week, along with a smoke testing door hanger that the public may see at their home.
